Ghanaian boxer and entertainer Braimah Kamoko otherwise known as Bukom Isaac Banku has vehemently denied reports that he has threatened to file a law suit against Joy Daddy Industries, sponsors of the ‘Revenge or Repeat‘ boxing bout for refusing to pay him off the total sum of GHC100,000 announced as prize money for the bout between himself and Ayittey Powers.
In a 49 second video shared online, Bukom Banku showered praises on owners of the company and revealed how benevolent they have been to him.
He debunked the news and revealed people were only jealous of the good relations he (Bukom Banku) had with Joy Daddy Industries and wanted to mar their relationship.
Earlier, reports suggested that Bukom Banku had in an interview with Dr. Pounds on Hitz FM disclosed he was only paid only GHc25,000 instead of the much-publicized GHc100,000.
“If somebody said he has given me GHc100,000, the person should show his face. After the fight, D-Black gave me only GHc25,000,”
“Nobody gave me GHc100,000, they gave me only the range rover,” he added.
He also added that he is in search of a Counsel to help him drag that the rapper and main sponsor Joy Industries Ltd. to court.
“I swear by the Holy Qur’an. If there is any lawyer out there who can help me sue D Black and Joy Daddy, the person should please come to my rescue.”
