Ghanaians are not adventurous – Kasapreko founder

The founder and Chief Executive of Kasapreko Company Limited Dr. Kwabena Adjei has observed that Ghanaians are not adventurous and courageous.

According to him, Ghanaians are comfortable with things they are certain of than exploring new territories.

Speaking to Bola Ray on Starr Chat Wednesday, the business magnate said most people in Ghana are scared of trying new businesses.

“Ghanaians are not adventurous, most people don’t like to take risk. In business, we take calculated risks”.

Dr. Adjei also attributed his success to God.

“Where I am today is not by my strength and might, God has played a big role”.

The astute businessman is a product of Empretec who imbibed his industrial vision by his work association with the Aluminum Producing Giant, VALCO in Ghana.

In addition to being the Managing Director for Kasapreko Company Limited and its sister company KasaGlobal Ventures Limited, he holds the alternate directorship of Midland International (Ghana Limited.). He is also an Advisor/ National Executive Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration of Ghana and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administrators.

He has won a number of International awards to his credit. These include ‘Marketing Man of the year, 2000 Award’ by the American Biographical Institute.

He was the Managing Director until recently when he was replaced Richard Adjei as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
