Have you ever wondered where Ghana’s veteran actress Abi Adatsi is? She has begun a new life now, and that is outside the shores of Ghana.
Adatsi is now a diplomat, serving as Ghana’s deputy high commissioner to Canada.
Ghana’s High Commissioner to Canada, Dr. Sulley Gariba, formally introduced her to the Ghanaian community at a town hall meeting in Ottawa.
The movie star congratulated the newly elected executives of the Ghana Ottawa Association. She said the high commission is always interested in the welfare of Ghanaians and the doors of the commission are always open to all Ghanaians.
Adatsi who has been off the screens for some time now began her duty tour of Canada in October.
The last time she performed was on Mother’s Day in a stage drama titled “Mother’s Tears” at the National Theatre.
