According to reports, the private security firm that guards the office were not present when the incident happened Monday dawn.

Several offices in the building were also locked after it was ransacked making it impossible for members to get access to their offices.

Police personnel have, however, taken over the party’s office to ensure peace at the premises.

This comes after General Secretary of the party Kwabena Agyepong’s office was ransacked some months ago.

It is, however, not clear if the action is linked to the suspension of Afoko who stated his intention to pursue his suspension in court.
