The Ghana Association of Arizona invites all Ghanaian in Arizona to Ghana’s 56th Independence anniversary dance on Saturday, March 30th, 2013 at the beautiful Crystal Reception hall at 640 N Arizona Ave Chandler AZ 85225, between Ray Rd. and Chandler Blvd. The event will start at 8pm with the open bar for entire duration of event.
The Guest Speaker is the Mayor of the City of Chandler. Chairman of the occasion is Mr. Ofori-Kyei a former and the first President of Ghana Association Arizona and the Co-Chair Mrs. Erika Amoako-Agyei Executive Director of Africa Intercultural Consultant. Our African brothers and sisters of the African Association of Arizona (AFASA) will be there in solidarity with Ghana. There will be cultural display and showcase of various Ghanaian Dance as well as “Azonto” dance competition. Event donation starts at $5 (entrance only), $10 (2 drinks included if bought in Advance), and $50 (VIP-meal, drinks, special seating, and more The events proceeds will benefit the progressive services of Osu Children’s Orphanage in Ghana. This orphanage provides a home for children affected by unfortunate circumstances and devastation of poverty.
