Dear Family, Friends and Loved Ones,

It it with deep sorrow and sadness that on behalf of Madam Faustina Ahiatroga (aka Fuastie) and the entire bereaved families (home and abroad), that we officially announce the sudden death of our beloved Dr. Prosper Yao Tsikata (aka PYT and popularly known in Anloga as “Zagabuta The Mortexorme”) on Sunday March 17, 2018. The late Dr. P. Y. Tsikata was professor of Communication Arts at Valdosta State University in Georgia, USA and a prolific contributor on our various newsgroups including others.

The paternal and maternal families had the traditional “one week” meeting on Saturday March 23, 2018 and have unanimously decided to bring the human remains of the late Dr. Proper Yao Tsikata home to Anloga in the Volta Region of Ghana for a befitting burial, final funeral rites and celebration of his life. We are currently working with his wife to come to a unified decision on this.
