Number of female students entering Technical Universities low

The former Coordinating Secretary of the Ghana National Union of Technical Students (GNUTS), Kwame Amponsah Manu says the number of female students entering the various Technical Universities is low.

He has consequently stressed the need to encourage women to take up technical and vocational education in the technical Universities, since that could brighten the future of the country.

Mr Amponsah Manu made this assertion when he addressed the launch of the 2017 SRC/GNUTS Women’s Week Celebration at the Sunyani Technical University in the Brong-Ahafo Region.
